About Us

4R Family Advocacy was born from our family's personal experience navigating the school system while advocating for our daughter with a disability. Through this journey, we learned firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to understand their rights, secure appropriate support, and ensure their children's voices are heard.

We founded 4R Family Advocacy to turn those experiences into a purpose: helping other families navigate special education and disability-related challenges with greater confidence, knowledge, and support.

We believe no family should have to navigate this journey alone, and every child deserves the opportunity to be heard, supported, and included.

Justin and Kristen Rackler

With nearly two decades of marriage behind us, we are the devoted parents of two wonderful daughters, Rylee and Emily. Our shared life is deeply rooted in our Christian faith and a profound devotion to our family.
Justin brings over 22 years of expertise to the IT field, currently working as the Systems Administrator for JSI Telcom. Kristen serves as the Graduation Coordinator at South Plains College, where she finds fulfillment in assisting students through pivotal moments in their academic careers.
Our path took a significant turn in 2022 when Rylee received a diagnosis of Friedreich’s ataxia, a rare and progressive neurological condition. Navigating this reality has transformed our understanding of the obstacles families encounter, fueling our dedication to advocacy.
Whether facing trials or experiencing joys, we stay anchored in our spiritual beliefs and commitment to one another, driven by a heart for service and a desire to uplift others in our community.
